A Wilhelm Scream release new EP on Paper + Plastick!

New Bedford, MA's own A Wilhelm Scream have just signed on to release their new self-titled EP with Paper + Plastick Records. We couldn't be more excited to take part in helping a band that has continually pushed the musical envelope and not let themselves be defined by any genre. Melodic, thrashy, technical and catchy are just a few words to describe the sonic assault that these five gentlemen create. Recorded and produced themselves, the 5-song EP will soon be mixed by Matt Bayles (Polar Bear Club, Mastodon, Minus the Bear) at Red Room Recording in Seattle and feature artwork by Paper + Plastick alumni Derek Deal. Following the release of this new EP this hard-working group of musicians will be touring... a lot. The band will be hitting North America, the UK, Europe, Australia and Japan in support of their new EP.

Guitarist Trevor Reilly said, “We recorded and produced each others' sessions, and the process allowed us to reconnect creatively with each other in a writing structure unique to each of us, strengthening a bond that was iron solid to begin with. We worked really hard on it to reach our own standard so our fans will respond and come out to the shows and guarantee us a party every night.”
